note, all orders shipped to Maine will have a 5% sales tax added to the
order. Tax will not be added if a wholesale order is placed and a valid
resale certificate is provided. Wholesale prices are available on request.
Please provide the item and quantity you are interested in purchasing. Currently
we offer wholesale pricing on several styles of our candles only. Bath
and body products are not available for wholesale purchase. All wholesale pricing requests must be accompanied by a copy of your resellers certificate, No exceptions! White Cat Creations, LLC does not offer drop-shipping on wholesale orders at this time. |

| Shipping, handling and ordering | |

Due to an unfortunate incident it is advised
that you request insurance on your package. We now require customers check
off that they have read and understand our policies before completing a
purchase transaction.
Thank you for your understanding
In the event you have breakage in your order, please contact the shipper immediately and be sure to save your packaging materials to help in your case against the carrier. White Cat Creations, LLC is not able to replace breakage due to shipper at our expense. Every possible method is used to assure that your candle will arrive to you in the perfect shape it is shipped out in. If requested, insurance will be placed on your package for the additional fee that is charged. Shipping charges through shopping cart When ordering through the web site for local orders (with 15 miles of White Cat Creations, LLC) or orders to be picked up, you need to select "Local delivery" in the shopping cart to be sure there is no automatic shipping added. Please note in the comments if you will be picking up your order. Your local shipping charges will be added manually and depending on the size of the order but will be less than standard shipping methods. The total amount including the shipping charges for local delivery orders if any will be emailed to you for approval. For all other orders I only charge what it costs to ship, there is never a handling or packaging charge added. Any returned products must be complete including hangtags and warning labels. White Cat Creations, LLC cannot be held responsible for failure to follow use instructions provided with every product and refunds will not be provided in these instances. (Example: If you burn a soy votive free standing, we cannot refund your money because it turned into a puddle of wax. Our soy votives must be burned in tight fitting votive holders.) Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason your purchase does not meet your expectations we want to know so it can be made right. White Cat Creations, LLC cannot be held responsible for any harm or damage caused by failure to follow warning labels and/or instructions. Please note that every order is confirmed as to what was placed in the order to be sure that what is shipped is what you wanted. If you would like, a picture can be sent of your candle to you before shipping for approval, but please keep in mind, the pictures do not do my candles the justice they deserve. You have time to change your mind on items listed on the site. If you have a special request that requires me to purchase something out of the ordinary, we may request a 50% NONREFUNDABLE deposit. |

| Currently we accept bank or cashiers checks, money orders , personal checks, MasterCard® and VISA® (via a secure server) and PayPal. Please be sure to wait for the final invoice that will be emailed to you for the total including shipping charges before sending in payment. On local deliveries COD is accepted. Checks should be made out to White Cat Creations, LLC. Orders paid for by check, money order or Pay Pal will ship as soon as the payment has cleared the bank. A $30.00 fee in addition to the amount of the check will be charged for all returned personal checks (NSF checks) Any orders placed online or by phone that are within 15 miles of White Cat Creations, LLC will have shipping charges adjusted or dropped according to the size of the order. Credit card orders must have matching billing and shipping addresses and at this time we are unable to ship to PO Boxes for orders paid by credit card. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you but it is to help avoid credit card fraud. You are welcome to call in your credit card orders if you are uncomfortable sending the information over the web or you can request we call you for the information. These call in transactions are best placed between 5:30pm - 7:00pm EST. Please DO NOT email us your credit card information. Your credit card and personal information are never shared. Orders will be set aside for 10 days to wait for payment from order date before being returned to stock after which time a new order must be placed to reorder the item. | |
| Samples: White Cat Creations,
LLC does not typically send out free samples without purchase. A sample
of a votive candle or Soy~Melt can be sent with an order over $10.00 if
requested. Ordering
of smaller sizes is encouraged for first time buyers.
